It might surprise you to learn that Bartisserie, which is situated at the top of Bridge Street facing the Tilted Vase/Urn is coming up to its one year anniversary since opening.
That time feels like it has flown by, and as restaurants tend to be judged on if they can survive the first six months, Ethan of Bartisserie has done amazingly well.
I caught up with him where he explains a bit about Bartisserie, his background in being a pastry chef, the famous people he’s served as well as the biggest mistake he’s ever made.
He also went back to his school Bury Grammer where he put on a cookery class 🙂
0:00 – Ramsbottom United News: ⚽
Last episode I explained how Ramsbottom United were through to the play-offs. Sadly, we were unable to find a way through Radcliffe Boroughs defence and they were just too powerful for us on the counter.
This was my first away match with Ramsbottom, timing worked well, unfortunate result though. Regardless of this, we’ve had a fantastic season, to get to the play-offs from where we were is nothing less than amazing, and who can forget how far we went in the trophy too?
