The 2016 Audience Survey
Every year I ask if you could take my survey so that I can make sure I’m on target to satisfy your interests.
This is Rammy is a big part of my life and I want to ensure that the time I spend working on it goes some way towards informing or entertaining you, hopefully both.
Based on your survey answers I focus my limited time more towards what you want to see/hear meaning you can get more out of This is Rammy without me wasting time and effort on parts which just don’t resonate with you.
With that in mind, if you’ve not yet completed this years survey I would really appreciate if you could fill it out.
So far I’ve had a great response and I’ve already started to take ideas from it on how I can greater serve you but I’d really like your answers too so that I can be sure I’ve got everyone covered.
You can find this years survey here. There are 10 questions in the survey but you can skip any that don’t apply and it will still be useful but obviously the more questions you can answer the better. It should only take around 5 minutes to complete and it’s completely anonymous.

The road to podcast production is littered with Mics…
As some of you will know, This is Rammy will be bringing the first podcast for Ramsbottom and the surrounding areas in the coming month.
On this, you can expect everything from local interest information, interviews, events and articles. We want this to be informative and useful. We know that you are busy people so the target duration is from 10 minutes to 30 minutes depending on content and purpose.
This is our first podcast, for anything, and we are learning exactly how much effort is required to get it from the design stage to the feed stage.
That aside, we want to ensure you will all be able to listen regardless of your device, so we will be launching with the following:
- Listen on the website using the embedded player powered by BluBrry PowerPress.
- Listen on SoundCloud.
- Subscribe via iTunes.
- Subscribe via Stitcher.
- Subscribe directly using our hosted RSS feed.
We highly recommend using any of the subscription methods so you will get the very latest episodes directly into your player of choice, if you’re unsure how you can subscribe but you know you want to listen, drop us a little comment and I’ll follow up with clear options, free apps and paid apps and how you can add our podcast to them.
