Its official! Ramsbottom gets a Hooters! Ramsbottom is to be the hub of the first Hooters in the North West. Opening hours have been granted between 10am and 2am, local residents have all agreed that although excessive for the area, they feel it is worth it to have such a big name in our small town.
The site of the Denise Smith lighting shop on the corner of Bridge Street and Bolton Street is the proposed site.
Hooters have declined to comment however they have provided a link for anyone looking for a job in a well established branded drinking and eating venue:
So, anyone looking forward to the only other Hooters in the country being in Ramsbottom?

Where does this statement come from. “local residents have all agreed that although excessive for the area, they feel it is worth it to have such a big name in our small town”.
I know a lot of people who have not agreed to it.
Hi Kate, I wouldn’t worry, this was an April fools joke. As far as we’re aware there are no plans for a Hooters to be setup in Ramsbottom.
